Right now, we have a pretty favorable seller’s market. There are fewer homes for sale than there were last year at this time and there are more buyers out there than there are homes for sale! If you’re a buyer, you have probably experienced a lot of competition in certain areas and certain price ranges.

Right now, our market is very strong, but you have to remember that all the normal market rules apply. If you’re selling, your home must be in great condition and priced appropriately in order to achieve your goals. You also need a coherent and aggressive marketing plan if you want to get top dollar for your home and sell quickly!
